Our Policy
For your comfort, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building.
Minimum stay-;
At busy times of the year and almost always at weekends, we have a minimum stay policy. This will vary from 2 nights at the weekends. (3 bank holidays). During the winter period we accept 1 night bookings on weekends when available.
Arrival & Departure-;
Our check-in times are 12noon to 10pm monday - sunday. Although the check-in time is 12noon we will be happy to look after your bags until your room is ready. We try to be as flexible as possible so please ask when making your booking. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OPERATE A 24 HOUR RECEPTION.
Reservation policy-;
We will require your debit/credit card details along with your full name, address, and contact telephone number to accept your reservation when either booking by telephone or on-line. Full payment is required on arrival, or should you need to cancel the following conditions apply.
Cancellation policy-;
If you have to cancel or amend your reservation, then a cancellation charge will apply as follows;
Less than 1 weeks notice a charge of 100% of the first night room rate will apply.
within 3 full days of arrival not including day of arrival, the full amount for the full duration booked will be charged. Durations reduced during your stay wll be charged at the full rate unless the room can be re-sold without loss.
For group bookings:- Full payment required one month in advance, non-refundable.
