Good B&b, Great Location,
Nice little simple B&B. It can be difficult to find as it is set back from the road. Debbie was very welcoming and helpful and got up early Sunday morning so I could have breakfast as I was running the Half Marathon. We would stay there again!

November Stay
We had a great stay at Abbey Lodge. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff (Debbie) was very friendly and gave us good directions of what not to miss in Brighton. To top it off, breakfast was very good and serving times were very flexible (great when you are on holidays).
We'll definetely come back.

Clean, warm and welcoming. Everyhting was great, including the breakfast. I will be visiting Brighton again in the future because of my studies and I will be definately staying at Abbey Lodge.

Splendid
We had a very good time at Abbey Lodge. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts very friendly. Abbey Lodge is near the center of Brighton, so it it was ideal to visit the sights.

Made to feel welcome, 5 minutes walk from the sea front and 15 minutes from the middle of Brighton. Nice location quiet at nights.

Very Welcoming
Had a lovely stay at Abbey Lodge. The room was bright, airy clean and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend without hesitation.

The room was lovely, bathroom a little tiny but everything worked! Debbie the lady who looked after us during our stay was lovely and made us feel very at home from the minute we walked in, delicious full English served around 10.30 which is what we wanted as we wanted a ie in! All in all lovely,great location and I would stay there again

Lovely Welcome
Lovely, large, well decorated room, very clean. A warm welcome was received. B & B situated close to the sea front and shops. A tasty full English breakfast was served. On our last day we said that we couldn't make breakfast the next morning, so the night before we were brought a tray of cereals, pastries, milk and orange juice that we could eat in our room in the morning, which we thought was a lovely personal touch.
